Dr Catherine Li - MBBS, FRACGP
Dr Catherine Li has over 15 years experience in all aspects of general medicine. She has an interest in general practice especially in paediatrics and women's health issues. She is one of examiners for the RACGP (The Royal Australian college of General Practitioners) fellowship exams.
Dr Ken Zhang - MBBS, MBiomedE(UNSW), FRACGP
Dr Ken Zhang has over 20 years experience in general practice and has special interest in travel medicine and men's health issues.

Appointments
Please call (02) 9923 1122 for an appointment. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and GP. Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay or your GP has been called away.
Longer consultation times are available, so please ask our receptionists if you require some extra time.
If you or a family member requires an interpreter service, we can organise this for you. Please let us know when you make the appointment.
Care outside normal opening hours
If you need medical care after normal working hours, please contact 13SICK (137425) or visit the emergency department at your nearest hospital.
Home and other visits
Home visits are available for regular patients of this practice (with 3km of the practice) whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. A charge of $200 will apply (not covered by medicare).
Telephone access
If in an emergancy situation, Please call 000 or go to the nearest hospital ASAP. In a non-emergency situation, GPs in the practice may be contacted during normal opening hours. If the GP is with a patient, a message will be taken and the reception staff will advise you when it is likely that the GP will return your call. In urgent situation your call will always be put through to a GP.
Smoking policy
This practice has a no smoking policy.
Fees and Billing Arrangements
The GPs at this practice bulk bill all consultations for people with valid Medicare card except some procedures, minor operations and health check for insurance.
For patients without a Medicare card (including patients covered by private insurance), the following fees will apply:
- Standard consultation: $70
- Long consultation (over 20 minutes): $100
The AMA fee structure forms the basis of our billing policy and is displayed in the reception area of the surgery.
After hours home visits attract a non-rebatable fee of $200.
Longer consultations may be subject to charge, please kindly discuss it with GPs at the beginning of consultation.
If you have any difficulty in paying our fees, please discuss it with us.

Reminder System
Our practice is committed to preventative care. Your doctor will seek your permission to be included in our reminder system. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time to offer you preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system, please advise your doctor or a receptionist.
Getting the results of any test or procedure
Your doctor will advise when they expect results to arrive at the practice. Please arrange either a face to face or phone appointment to discuss your result with your doctor. Please discuss with your doctor if you will have any difficulties returning for your result.
Management of your personal health information
Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff. We abide by the 10 National Privacy Principles available at www.privacy.gov.au/health/index.html.
Your rights
If you have any problems, we would like to hear about them as soon as possible. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or the receptionist. Alternatively, you can write to us by email, mail or use our suggestion box. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously and will try our best to resolve the issues as early as we can.
